How to access Cloud Customer Connect, the new Topliners environment.

Topliners has a new home as of July 2023:
Welcome to Oracle Communities.
Topliners has been with us as a collaborative site for Eloqua users since before Oracle's acquisition of Eloqua in December 2012.

Since then it's grown to be an environment for the expanding Oracle CX suite of applications and now has a new home as part of Oracle Communities.

If you don't have an Oracle ID i.e. you've never logged into Topliners before, start here:
If you DON'T have a Topliners login/Oracle ID, you can click on the register button on the screen below to create your Oracle ID. See Figure 1.0.

If you had logged into Topliners prior to July 2023, you can use those same credentials to login to the new Topliners environment.
Once you have your Oracle ID, use this link to login & go directly to the Eloqua category.
If you had a Topliners login, also known as an Oracle ID, you can use the same login and password to access Oracle Communities.

You may be prompted to
enter your username & password again.

TIP: If you get lost after logging in, follow the 3 steps shown here to get to the Eloqua Topliners community of users.
